And it succeeds in doing what that one intended to: bringing them into the third dimension, maintaining the fun and smarts, and even updating it some. I am glad I bought this game and am looking forward to any further expansions. This accomplishes two things: It reinvigorates the excitement of the best of these, after the less-than-stellar "3D".
I mean this game has done well when you consider that it came out the same day as the monster release Red Dead Redemption. Puzzles are in no way overbearing though so do not skip this game because of the puzzles.Graphics are pretty good. There were a few that really need thought. The story is not complicated so you want get so deeply involved as you would an rpg. Not always easy! Elemental powers are utilized in this aspect as well. You fight these sand skeletons who come at you in hordes. I mean it is so fun to freeze water wall run on it unfreeze it and look back and the rushing waters! There is alot more is not violent though. Platforming is done similar with the addition of elemental powers which is greatly accepted. I got the 2008 Prince of Persia game as my first installment in the Prince of Persia franchise and absolutely fell in love with the platforming and dueling style combat. I usually wait to read some reviews or just take a closer look. Overall it is a brilliant game with intense fighting that might be too graphic for kids below 9.
Besides the princes fighting nature, he is a very good role model that tries to reverse his actions rather than ignore them and use them for sport.*SPOILER ALERT* When the prince notices his brother going evil, rather than facing him he tries to redeem him no matter what, and regrets killing him when a evil demon used his body, but the prince had no choice. There is one sexual remark that is VERY mild. The enemies can be quite frightening as well. Other combo kills can feature kicking them off the edge, grabbing them and impaling them, ( other side of the blade is shown ) kicking them into a wall and punching them and stabbing them repeatedly on the ground. The combo kills can be pretty gruesome though, with cutting an enemies back and then flipping off them driving your blade straight through the stomach.
Enemies fall like ragdolls and quickly dissolve into MORE sand. It is bloodless unless you count skeletons bleeding sand all over the place. But the violence is more extreme than SoT and 2008. The game takes place in between SoT and WW, so if your looking for a sequel to SoT and with WW never existed, this is what your looking for. Once again, the powers of the sands are ours again, as a genie seems to plant them into our body.
Is prince of persia 6 a good game plus#
It has the original sands of time controls we are all familiar with plus some new controls added in from other PoP games, such as a banner slide. I also know that it's the same with two thrones and warrior within, but this game has quickly fixed up it's errors in the past.
